Punk Mitzvah

In the hours leading up to her bat-mitzvah ceremony, 13-year-old Este realises she hates her dress, hates her life and wants to take after her role model Siouxsie Sioux on her big day-even if it kills the rabbi.​

Winner of the Barbara Machin Award for Best Script in a Short Film

Logline: A portrayal of the highs, lows and survival of mental health patients and staff members on an NHS female psychiatric ward in outer North London and beyond the gates that guard them from the outside world. 

​

This was my Pilot submission for my Advanced Scriptwriting module in my final year of university. The submission scored 83%

Not That Different (Short)

An ADHD student who has just lost her closest friends becomes aware of her possible redemption within a small society for people with neurodivergence that she hopes can restore her trust in those around her.

Script Submission for my Scriptwriting class in Year 2. The project was a 1:1 Grade.

Em and George have been together for over a year when Em wakes up to find both George and all his belongings gone from their flat. All George has left behind is three letters detailing why he's left and if he plans to return.​
